ADAM Levine is dedicated to his dog!
The Voice coach and Maroon 5 rocker shelled out nearly $50,000 trying to save the life of his ailing golden retriever, Frankie Girl, who sadly died earlier this year — then spent $10,000- plus on medical procedures and surgeries for his yellow Labrador, Spinee, who happily survived, according to American tabloid the National Enquirer.
“Adam’s dogs are like kids to him,” a source said.
“Money’s no object when it comes to their health and well-being.
“He was a total wreck when Frankie Girl died, and was a mess during Spinee’s surgery until the docs told him the dog had pulled through.
“When one of his buddies told him his cat needed surgery that he couldn’t afford, Adam had the bills sent directly to him.”
